12th Class Student Made a Shoe that Charges Mobile While Walking

A 12th standard student Rajesh Adhikari in a hill town of Nainital, India, made a shoe that can charge a mobile phone while walking. This is very useful for the place where no electricity available, only by wearing these shoes you can walk and charge your phone even in the rain because it is waterproof too.

Before I continue, I would like to tell you that this is a first of its kind invention which uses shoes to power mobiles in India. But, this technology has already been made in the west.

Rajesh Adhikari said that the idea of making such a waterproof charger struck when it snowed heavily in Nainital and many people, including him, had to suffer due to power shutdown in the city.

That day he decided, and Rajesh started inventing a tool which can charge your mobile phone even when there is no electricity; and thereby he invented this gem of a thing which can solve this problem once for all. 

Explaining how it works, he said, “When we raise our feet, the spring gets released and the dynamo starts revolving, which generates current. We can charge our mobile phones while we are walking,”

He used a very simple idea, when he decided to make such a waterproof shoes which can charge any mobile phone. As, we know that everyone has shoes and everyone has to walk daily, so while making such a tool he kept this thing in mind, he utilizes that energy and convert it into mobile charging that is now useful for all.
