      Frankly speaking, i neither test it on Mountain Lion nor BlueStacks says about it clearly on their site but while searching your problem i found that its working on other peoples Mountain Lion. So run it again.

    i've got a problem running bluestacks on Windows XP: when i complete the download, i click on the BlueStacksInstaller and it says like "an error occurred while downloading the file...blablabla... wanna send report to Microsoft?"

      Try to download Windows Installer 3.1, just search it on google, i'm not 100% sure about it but i am personally using it on Windows XP, 7 & 8 and its running well on all OS.

  4. When I tried to search for an app, it just shows "Searching..." and then the search page is still blank after the "Searching..." message disappeared. Please help?
