Kevin Karter's Saddest Achievement of the Century

The Picture below is a Pulitzer prize winning photo taken in 1994. The picture shows a child  crawling towards the relief camp in Southern Sudan. The Vulture in the picture is waiting for the kid to die so that he may eat him.

























This Picture was taken by Kevin Karter who won Pulitzer prize for it. Kevin took around 20 minutes for adjusting his lens so that he may take a perfect photo instead of helping the child he was grappling to go for the camp. I myself don't know what happened to the child afterwards as Kevin left the place as soon as the photograph was taken.
